Girl’s velvet dress.
** Tiny black mark – in the weave of the velvet – on the side of the skirt. **
Perfect for the party season ! Any little girl will be thrilled with this traditional party frock, in red cotton velvet.
The dress has a half sash, which ties in a bow at the back, and long sleeves, fastened at the cuff with velvet-covered buttons.
The front bodice is pleated, with very fine pleats, and is decorated with flower-trimmed braid. Each flower has a tiny glass bead at its centre.
The white collar is embroidered with flowers and is attached to the neck edge with buttons, so that it can be removed for easy cleaning.
A black underskirt, trimmed with stiff net, adds fullness.
