The dress has puff sleeves, a peter pan collar, edged with a matching frill, puff sleeves and a half sash, which ties in a bow at the back.
The fully lined dress has a lace-trimmed underskirt, and buttons at the back with matching fabric-covered buttons.
The fabric is 60% polyester / 40% nylon
